For most dogs and some cats, routine bathing and grooming is an essential part of maintaining the skin and hair coat. MPA Shampoos and Conditioners

The secret is in the sustained release technology of our Novasome® microvesicles. This proprietary technology, available exclusively in MPA products, utilizes a liposome-based formula created from surfactants instead of traditional phospholipids to encapsulate moisture and achieve a hydrating effect. Research shows that these microvesicles outperform even the most sophisticated emulsion systems.*
Each microvesicle is composed of concentric lipid bilayers, similar to the structure of an onion. In the center lies a “cargo hold,” containing additional moisturizers and, depending on the product, active ingredients. As each layer dissolves, it releases skin-protecting lipids to help keep medications from drying the skin. So, long after application, these microvesicles continue to moisturize and medicate, increasing pet owner satisfaction.
